What part of the island do you deliver to?
We offer FREE delivery and pickup on the West side which includes Lahaina, Kaanapali, Honokawai, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua. We also have pickup lockers located next to the airport in Kahului. These are self serve lockers. Please see the menu tab on the home page for how to order using the self pickup lockers. Please note we do have a $50 minimum order. For all other parts of the island we recommend going to the link below and clicking on it. This is our preferred partner if you are staying on other parts of Maui. How do I order and pay?
You can place your order and pay on the website via credit card. As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. If you prefer to place your order over the phone that is fine too. To place an order over the phone please call 808-250-4968. Maui Baby Rentals has a 48-hour cancellation policy. We will refund you for the full amount if you cancel your order 48 hours prior to delivery. Once we deliver items we don’t refund for early termination of rental items.
How does it work?
Once you place your order you are all set. We will set up your delivery the day before your arrival with your accommodation. If we need any additional information from you we will contact you. Most of the time we are able to deliver your items before you even check in. We will then contact you the day before you leave to figure out a good pick up time. Our goal is to make it as hassle free for you as possible!

Will the items be in the room when we arrive?
If it’s possible to deliver items before you check in we will do our best to get it setup for you before you arrive. If the hotel or condo does not allow this we will deliver your items to your hotel or condo after you check in. When you reserve items online you will add your check in details so we can schedule delivery at the appropriate time. You are responsible to notify the hotel or place of rental in advance that we will be making a delivery. We will also follow up with hotels on our end as well. Please provide us with information of where you are staying and contact person so we can schedule delivery and pick up.
How do we arrange for pick-up of the items when we leave?
We will text you the day before you leave to arrange a pickup time that works well for everyone.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $50 minimum order.
Are your cribs full size?
We only carry standard full size wooden cribs like you would have at home. Our standard cribs can fold and be moved to different rooms in your hotel. We assemble our executive cribs in the room and once it is assembled it will not fit through most doorways. When you place your order we will ask you to specify the room you would like the crib set up in.
How do you clean your equipment?
We disinfect all of our baby equipment rentals using a combination of steam cleaning plus natural, earth friendly, and baby friendly products.( This is my biggest concern for my own children as I don’t ever want them coming close to chemicals!).
Do you deliver car seats to the airport?
Please Note: Address for pick up and drop off is located at: The Food truck Parking lot connected to the Courtyard Marriott in Kahului. This is a 2 minute drive from the baggage claim. See instructions below.
For all self serve locker pickups and car seat orders that need to be picked up and dropped off at the Kahului airport self serve lockers, we offer storage lockers right outside of the airport. The lockers are located right at the entrance of the food truck parking lot right next door to the Marriott Courtyard hotel and across the street from the Costco food court. *When placing an order for more than just car seats, please place two separate orders. For example (one order for the car seats getting picked up at airport) and (one order for baby equipment getting delivered to a hotel or condo.) *When ordering car seats for airport pickup select your check in date 1 day before you arrive so we can make sure the car seats are in the lockers prior to your arrival. *You will receive a text from us giving you a locker number and code for the locker the day before you arrivel. *We will also text you the day before you leave to let you know what locker to return them to and the code. *When placing your car seat order please put storage lockers for the name of hotel.For all car seat orders that need to be picked up and dropped off at the Kahului airport, we offer storage lockers right outside of the airport.
